This pathway is for schools who are already leading schools and who are not content to stand still. They are now looking for a next step that will keep their school at the forefront of education by reimagining education with a new set of positive and progressive goals which results in them becoming a school with deep expertise in the teaching and learning sciences. They will normally hold recognition from an external regulator that confirms the quality of their schooling. This adoption pathway requires proactive leadership by the principal and key members of the school leadership team who are provided with training, coaching, tools, and materials to enable them to embed HPL in a way that fits their unique context. Accreditation takes place at the end of year 2.
